Visitors arriving at Palermo’s ‘Falcone e Borsellino’ airport can easily reach the English Garden either by train, arriving at Palermo Notarbartolo station, then walking along Via Emanuele Notarbartolo to the entrance of Via Duca della Verdura; or by bus, getting off at the Palermo Piazza Croci stop.
Visitors arriving by car from the A19 (Palermo-Catania) and/or A20 (Palermo-Messina) highways can reach the English Garden by following the Viale della Regione Siciliana north-west until it turns into Via Principe di Paternò and then into Via della Libertà to enter the Garden.
Visitors coming from the A29 (Palermo-Mazara del Vallo) highway can reach the English Garden by following Viale della Regione Siciliana north-west as far as the roundabout, then take the exit for Viale Lazio and continue on Via Guido D’Arezzo, then take Via Principe di Palagonia, then Via Principe di Paternò and finally Via della Libertà to reach the entrance to the Garden.
It is possible to reach the English Garden in Palermo from Palermo Central Station with line 101 and from Palermo Notarbartolo Station with line 102.
The English Garden in Palermo is about 44 minutes walk (3.2 km) from Palermo Central Station and about 14 minutes walk (1.1 km) from Palermo Notarbartolo Station.
